{"id":3,"date":"2022-09-16T18:38:55","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T16:38:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eciprague.com\/?page_id=3"},"modified":"2023-01-23T09:26:49","modified_gmt":"2023-01-23T08:26:49","slug":"ochrana-osobnich-udaju","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/konference.ranapece.cz\/ochrana-osobnich-udaju\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h3><strong>Principles of personal data processing <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nHere is information on the manner and extent of processing of your personal data, including the scope of your rights in relation to it:\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Who is the controller of personal data?\r\n<\/strong>Spole\u010dnost pro ranou p\u00e9\u010di, z.s., ID number: 67363610, with registered office at Klimentsk\u00e1 2, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the commercial register, file number L 8491 kept at the M\u011bstsk\u00fd soud Praha, (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;SPRP&#8221;);\r\n\r\n<strong>From what sources do we obtain personal data?\r\n<\/strong>We obtain personal data directly from you, based on your registration for the conference.\r\n\r\n<strong>What personal data do we collect?\r\n<\/strong>When registering for the event:\r\n\u2022 title, first name, surname, title after name, date of birth, email, telephone, profession, name of the organization, address of the organization, ID number.\r\n\r\n<strong>For what purposes do we use personal data?\r\n<\/strong>For the purpose of your participation in the event, i.e. to:\r\n\u2022 registration for the event\r\n\u2022 sending information about the event\r\n\u2022 informing about a change in the date or place of the event, about the cancellation of the event, about other details and requirements of the event\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>checking and enabling entry to the event\r\n\r\n\u2022 settlement of the complaint and possible refund of the registration fee\r\n\r\nFor the purposes of processing for the legitimate interest of SPRP, i.e.:\r\n\r\n\u2022 offers of products and services related to the event (e.g. accommodation, transport, accompanying programme)\r\n\r\n\u2022 prevention and detection of fraudulent behavior<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nBy registering and entering the event, participants agree to the acquisition of photo and video documentation, which can be used for marketing purposes of the event.\r\n<h3><strong>Cookies<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nIf you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.\r\n\r\nIf you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. After the personal data retention period has expired, the administrator deletes the personal data.\r\n\r\n<strong>To whom can we provide personal data?<\/strong>\r\nTo entities that are authorized by law to request this data.\r\n\r\nIs the provision of personal data voluntary?\r\nThe provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary and based on a contractual basis; if you refuse to give us the requested personal data, it is not possible to register you for the event through SPRP.\r\n\r\n<strong>Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data<\/strong>\r\nYou can revoke your voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to the address: info@konference.ranapece.cz.\r\n\r\n<strong>What rights do you have regarding personal data in connection with event registration?<\/strong>\r\n\u2022 the right to access personal data\r\n\u2022 the right to correct personal data\r\n\u2022 the right to erasure of personal data\r\n\u2022 the right to restrict the processing of personal data\r\n\u2022 the right of portability of personal data\r\n\r\n<strong>How does SPRP ensure the protection of personal data?\r\n<\/strong>We store personal data in secure electronic form and use it to fulfill the above purposes.\r\nWe have implemented adequate technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, transfer, loss or destruction, or other possible misuse.
