PAYMENT TERMS
The registration fee must be paid in full before the start of the conference by bank transfer. The date on which the amount was credited to the conference account is decisive for the amount of the fee. It is not possible to withdraw money on the spot.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Until February 28 full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 500 CZK (approx. 20 EUR) will be deducted.
Until April 30 – 50% of the registration fee
From May 1 – no refund
ACCOMODATION RESERVATION
Accommodation is negotiated by each participant himself. Accommodation options can be found on the conference information server.
